STEVIA = Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni

As a native plant from Paraguay and Brasil, Stevia rebaudiana Bertoni  has been used for more than 1500 years as sweetener and flavoring agent of the traditional beverages (yerba mate) and as medicine plant for reducing diabetes, high blood pressure, skin care, increase of the body´s resistence in case of viroses, flu, candidoses. 

The natural sweeteners are extracted from the leaves of the plants, which we can add to beverages and foods. Under such form Stevia is up to 300% times sweeter than sugar, but 100% healthy.

Rebaudioside A, which we use, is the sweetest and purest compound that can be extracted from the plant Stevia rebaudiana, having in diluted form a delicious taste, similar to that of sugar, but without the bitter scent of the lower compounds.
